I subscribed to spotify premium because of the new promotion

premium with Hulu

bought the subscription through my ps4 but didn't receive my Hulu subscription ??

Since your subscription is handled by them, I'd recommend getting in touch with PlayStation - since they have more details about why this happening.

I got in touch with playstation but they said i have to get in touch with
spotify since they are the ones doing that promotion
All they did was give me a link that shows the promotion is still active &
to ask if my acc “ qualifies “ for this promotion
So idk who else to get in touch with
Probably will never renew my subscription again since im not getting what i
paid for.

Could you check out this link and see if you can click 'Activate' under Hulu. Please make sure that you're using a different service rather than PS4.

If it doesn't work, please send me a screenshot (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
