Today i had a serious security problem. I'm from Chile and i have the premium duo new plan, and a random dude kicked out my sister from the plan and put himself in her place like nothing. I banned him quickly and restored my sister acount to the plan, again like NOTHING, zero confirm, zero questions, just pressing a button. The dude is a little noob, he exposed all his social media accounts, the VPN who is using right now but i don't have time to any revenge, i have more importants things to do like get a future instead of be worried about the childish mistake of a millionaire corporation.

How can you help me spotify ? how can you give a solution to this "situation" ?

Srry for my english, isn't my first language and i'm very angry.

PS: yes, i changed my password, i'm sure this isn't my sister or my problem
