My Question or Issue

Hello everyone. I've had Spotify premium for students for a year now. I've extended it for the next year, it has been accepted and now Spotify charged me a normal fee for Spotify without student's discount. Does this discount is available only for a year or is it just a mistake?

Does the charge show as pending or processing, or has it been posted? Also, how many times have you reverified your student status?

Hey, thanks for replying. I've managed to contact Spotify support and the problem is now solved. The problem was that something went wrong during the verification process. I had to open the verification mail and finish the process once again and it ended succesfully.
