purchased a promo, available in Mexico, to try premium for three months. The charge to my credit card was made, but no premium service.

Please try logging in again, and this time double check if you're using the correct username (norz68).

You might be logging in another account - that happens a lot!

I got exactly the same problem, I was using it yesterday but today I dont have it, when I go to my users account, they offer to go premium again...

Which plan did you subscribe to? Regular Premium, Family Premium, Student?

Have you checked if you're logging in the correct account?

It's the correct account. And it was just regular premium. No student
premium or family premium.

Hi! It is the 3 moth service to regular premium, and yes, I tried what you told the other guy but it didnt work

Ok @norz68, do you get any error message when you try to log in?

Have you tried logging in using another device?

In this case then I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify staff - simply drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook, the fastest one, generally) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply.

Support usually gets back within a day or two.
