My Question or Issue

I just got my Visa Prepaid card in order to pay for a prenium student subscription but it does not accept the payment. Take note that the information given is valid, funds are enough , tried reopening the browser or going ingotigo.

You may need to register the prepaid Visa card on the website on the back of the card.

This will allow the card to have a name and an address associated with it. The name and address that you enter with the card number on the Spotify payment screen need to be the same as the name and address associated with the card in the records of the bank that issued the card.
