Ciao a tutti, ho un problema nel convertire il mio bonus cultura che il governo italiano mi ha fornito. Io attraverso 18app ho generato un buono da 59,94€ da convertire in un abbonamento da 6 mesi. Il codice e la mail che inserisco sono corretti, però nel momento in cui converto il sito di Spotify mi dice che “purtroppo il codice inserito ha un valore inferiore rispetto all’abbonamento richiesto”, ma non è vero! Qualcuno sa darmi una mano?

An easy solution to this issue is to use an amount which is rounded up to the nearest euro. In your case, if you're trying to claim 6 months for €59,94, we suggest you try rounding up the amount to €60 instead, and then trying to claim the offer again.
