    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I recently got a new credit card and went into Spotify to change my payment details. When I tried to update the card, it took me to the "verify student information" (enter your name and school) page. Now, when I first got this account I was receiving the student discount, but I have not been for many months since graduating. I&amp;nbsp;now have a premium account (no discount), but the update payment method page does not seem to have gotten the message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help???&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;BR /&gt;Melissa&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;This can be fixed by following these steps to refresh your account:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Log in to &lt;A href="http://www.spotify.com/account" target="_blank"&gt;your account page&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click &lt;STRONG&gt;Subscription&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the menu on the left.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Click &lt;STRONG&gt;cancel your subscription&lt;/STRONG&gt; and continue through the steps.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Enter your password and click &lt;STRONG&gt;CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION&lt;/STRONG&gt; to complete.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once that’s complete, simply resubscribe &lt;A href="http://www.spotify.com/premium" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; with your new payment details.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;That's it! You should now be able to continue your subscription without a problem &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Maxim, I'm also having trouble updating my credit crd exp date.&amp;nbsp; The system keeps asking me to acccept a family subscription instead of premium.&amp;nbsp; How do I proceed?&amp;nbsp; I currently have premium with a discount via my capital one credit card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help!!
