My Question or Issue

Just registered on premium.

App still shows me get premium and dont let me edit my name or country. I cant download songs i like (only full albums) i tried delete and download again. I checked the payment and on the web site it said that i have premium but the app wont show it and still looks like the free version

Correction i cantdownload anything. I just dont see premium on the app

Just to confirm, when you open Spotify on your mobile, do you see the Premium tab at the bottom of your screen (it should appear in the far-right corner, next to Your Library)?

If you do, then that means that your account is on free, and that you might be logged into the wrong account. In this case, we suggest you check out this support article, which will help you locate your Premium account.

If you're not seeing the Premium tab in the app, but you think it's not working as expected, could you provide us with a little more info, along with any screenshots if you think it helps?
