&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, when you open Spotify on your mobile, do you see the Premium tab at the bottom of your screen (it should appear in the far-right corner, next to Your Library)?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you do, then that means that your account is on free, and that you might be logged into the wrong account. In this case, we suggest you check out &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/do-i-have-an-additional-account/" target="_self"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt; support article, which will help you locate your Premium account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you're not seeing the Premium tab in the app, but you think it's not working as expected, could you provide us with a little more info, along with any screenshots if you think it helps?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Israel ( currently at vietnam)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Huawei p30 pro&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android latest one&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Just registered on premium.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;App still shows me get premium and dont let me edit my name or country. I cant download songs&amp;nbsp; i like (only full albums) i tried delete and download again. I checked the payment and on the web site it said that i have premium but the app wont show it and still looks like the free version&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
