    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan - Premium&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country - U.K&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device - Sony Xperia L3&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just recently changed phones from a Samsung to Sony and after changing my apps over I am having lots of trouble with the Spotify app. First of all it kept crashing every 30 secs but I think I have figured out how to stop this now as it hasn't done it for about 10 minutes now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it is still saying I need to upgrade to premium when I already have premium&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried everything that has been stated in previous posts about this problem and nothing has worked as it is still saying it and I cannot re-download all of my playlists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It was working fine until now and I have checked my subscription it is up to date.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help please ??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
