      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium wanting to join Family Plan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;United States&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;iPhone 8&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am on a Premium plan currently however my mom switched to the family plan and I am trying to join. I subscribed through Spotify, not a third party. I got the email and the code needed to join.. I added the information it asked for which was name and address but a message pops up saying “oops something went wrong” We have tried resending the invitation, we’ve tried using a desktop computer and through the phone. Nothing is working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
