Cannot connect Hulu and Spotify

I just signed up for Premium, as I had to cancel it a few days ago due to insufficient funds in my account. Now I have the funds, and I had my Hulu paid for through Spotify, but now I am not able to connect the two accounts anymore.

I want to know why this is.

To confirm, you had Premium and Hulu at first, then because of insufficient funds, your account has been canceled and reverted to Free, and now you can't join Premium and Hulu again is this correct?

I'm having the same issue. Spotify said I had sufficient funds, but my service was never canceled and the money was taken out the next day lol.
