Hulu subscription got cancelled?

My Question or Issue

Hello,

So for the last few years I have been on the student premium plan which included Hulu for $4.99/month. After graduating, I knew that I would transition to the regular premium price, but for some reason, my subscription to Hulu is now gone. When I contacted Hulu, they told me that I cancelled it, but I did no such thing. How do get Hulu back onto my account? Please advise.

Hey @patrickyvillar, I'll be happy to help.

When you changed to the regular Premium plan, it cancels the Premium for Students subscription, which included the Hulu + SHOWTIME. The individual Premium plan at the regular price doesn't include Hulu, which is why your access to Hulu is no longer available.
