If that doesn't help, please check these things:</P><UL><LI>Make sure that the country the Gift Card was purchased is the same country registered on your account</LI><LI>Make sure you're entering the letters correctly. For example, if you see 'L', please enter 'L' and not 'l'. This is the same case for numbers.
