    <description>&lt;P&gt;So basically I am paying 9.99€ per month for a few years now and I noticed that I can change to Spotify Premium Student to pay less. So I used the forms und the Spotify Account Settings and it led me to a Website called SheerID. I filled in the information needed and then somewhere in the process it said that the service was currently down or something like that and that it failed. Now I can't use the SheerID with my account to change to Spotify Premium Student anymore because it says I already redeemed this coupon. Is there any way to reset this so I can change to Spotify Premium Student?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Added a Screenshot as Attachment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
