So I used the forms und the Spotify Account Settings and it led me to a Website called SheerID. I filled in the information needed and then somewhere in the process it said that the service was currently down or something like that and that it failed. Now I can't use the SheerID with my account to change to Spotify Premium Student anymore because it says I already redeemed this coupon.
