&lt;P&gt;If you've received the payment confirmation, but you're not able to see the Premium features on your account, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Log out and back into your account&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Occasionally this is necessary to force a sync of info between your device and our account system.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Check that your Premium isn’t on another account&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You might have another account that's on Free, so try logging into Spotify using a different username or email address.
