I had to cancel my premium to use a gift card I did that and restarted premium and now I lost Hulu. How do I get it back?

Since the Premium and Hulu offer is over, you won't be able to use this offer again once you've canceled your Premium and Hulu plan.

I'd recommend keeping an eye on Spotify.com for future deals or promotional offers, and you can always start up Premium again here.
