I use brookescanlon, however, when I try to reset my password, it doesn't work. It's being sent to an unknown or nonexistent email address. How can I get my access back - my payment is up to date and it is frustrating there is no one to call. Please, can someone help? Correct email address is &lt;SPAN&gt;*snip*, which should be associated with my brookescanlon user name.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
