songs not playing

this is a little long so please bear with me.

so i purchased Spotify premium about a week ago and downloaded all of my songs so it would be able to play offline.

whenever i do go offline, only a select few songs plays.

for example, the other day about 20 songs out of my playlist of 127 songs played even though Spotify said i had downloaded the whole playlist.

the next day i went offline, those same 20 songs wouldn't play.

i would press on one of the songs and it would pop up but it wouldn't play.

i've double and triple checked to make sure absolutely all of the songs have downloaded and they have.

i dunno what to do 😕
