Hi. So I saw this ad of spotify giving 3 months premium for 2RM. But it has charged 14.90RM for only 1 Month. Please fix my payment and period.

The offer of 3 months Premium for 0.99 is there for new users wanting to join Spotify for the first time.

If you were already a Premium user before, you won't be aligable for it.

However, feel free to check this "Refunds" page for further info in case you weren't a Premium before subscribing.
