My Question or Issue

I was recently charged 10 dollars because my 5 dollar college deal expired. Now I renewed the 5 dollar plan while the 10 dollar charge was still pending to my account. My question is can spotify charge me 5 dollars less this month and give me hulu access now before July 20, when the plan is set to renew for 5 instead of 10.
