My Spotify Free acts like SoundCloud Free

My Question or Issue

Is this a new feature because I don't want to get charged.

I can now chose whatever song and skip back and forth without shuffle. I can't download and still get adds. Is this the new free or am I in the middle of something weird?

Thanks for the response first of all!

I'm on Spotify Free. Now in both my library and playlist I can remove and add shuffle play. I can play any song on demand. And I have infinite skips back and forth. I still have adds and I can't download any songs. Has Spotify changed?

People that have Spotify Free will have access to some on-demand playlists such as Discover Weekly, Daily Mixes, and some other playlists. Could you try to create a couple of playlists of your own to see your UI.
