My Question or Issue

Just a bit of backstory so you can understand it more. I bought a Spotify gift card at Target maybe 3 days ago. I got home and tried to redeem it and it gave me an error message.. I tried all the kind of backup questions, but it still hasn’t worked. Is there anything I can do to get it to work? or am I doing something wrong..

Could you try this using a different browser or incognito mode? If that doesn't help, could you send me a screenshot of what happens when you to redeem here? Please make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.

forgot to mention that I already trued that. The first time I used Safari, the second time I used Chrome... same results.
