Suddenly my subscription automatically changed to Family Premium (7.99 EUR) without my knowledge or even being notified. When I try to change it to my previous plan for 4.99 EUR it says that I'm not eligible for this plan. Now if I want to continue my subscription I have to pay the Family subscription which I don't want. This is really disappointing&amp;nbsp; I've never had this issue before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get my Premium plan back to 4.99?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Angela&lt;/P&gt;</description>
