That's not cool! Have you tried using other devices?

Do you get any error messages?

Have you tried using wi-fi as well as your phone data?

With internet connection I can listen to it with no problem but when I’m leaving home it doesn’t work and I have to turn on my data

You know that in order to listen offline you have to save the songs, right?

Only those ones will be available when you have no internet signal.
