My Question or Issue

Payment was taken out of my account by PayPal through my banking app, however, I know for a fact there was 0 money in the account. I'm unable to into an overdraft because of my age but I don't know where the money came from or how Spotify was them able to be paid for. I expected an email saying that my payment didn't go through because of the lack of money but it was confirmed.
