Could you try redeeming your Gift Card here using a different browser? A private/incognito window would work too.

I’m brazilian and I had the same problem as yours!

I bought a spotify gift card and I couldn’t redeem the code as well.

I put my code correctly but it keeps saying the same error message:

”Something didn’t work. Try again or get help.”
