My Question or Issue

I'm getting an issue to redeem my Spotify gift card that I bought on 7-Eleven. It keeps saying "Something went wrong" when I'm trying to redeem it, every time... even using a fake one or a real one. What should I do?

Could you try redeemin your Gift Card here using a different browser? A private window will work too.

If that doesn't help, try following some troubleshooting steps here > Gift Card not working? section.
