Had Hulu now won't work

My Question or Issue

I signed up to attach Hulu to my Spotify account a few months back and have been paying for it through my premium. I had to update my payment information because I got a new debit card and now I can't log into Hulu. Why? I didn't change anything about my plan just updated the payment info. Do I have to update my payment and/or login on Hulu now also?

As @OneByBoo mentioned, the Premium and Hulu bundle has ended, and it won't be possible to sign up again. You can always vote for this idea.
