Question. I used my credit card to pay for the premium subscription, do I get a statement billed to me? It never asked me my billing information.

Great question. Spotify won't be able to send you a written statement/receipt by mail.

If you'd like to view your receipts for each Spotify payment, check out your Receipt's page.

Follow up question if you don’t mind! So my bank app has this online bill payment method I think I’ll be able to use to pay for the $5/month for Spotify. Does Spotify have an account number by chance so that we are able to set up online bill payments?

Spotify doesn't have an account number for bill payments. Also, that wouldn't be necessary, since Spotify automatically bills you on your billing date.
