Can't Verify Student Status

Hi. I'm confused and curious as to why when I try to verify that I'm a student to get the Premium discount, it gives me the message "Unfortunately, we couldn't confirm that you're a student. Please check your details and try again." I go to a university that's listed when I search for it using the form, and I have certainly not exceeded the 3-year limit. This email address is not associated with any other Spotify accounts. Does anyone know the source of this issue and how I can get it resolved? Thanks!
