I just upgraded to Spotify premium, but we are not getting that on our iphones (8 and 10). I do have verification that I upgraded, but don't know how to get that on our phones. What to do? USA.

I don't understand what you mean by saying "we're not getting it on our phones".

Are you not able to log in your new account on your phone ?

Which type of subscription have you purchased ? considering you say "We".

I didn't understand about logging in to new account- we have spotify on
phone already
