My Question or Issue

Been paying spotify premium via card, but for this month i would like to pay via mobile promo, but it says that im not eligible for that offer

Hi,

I think because you already have a subscription you cannot add another one.

You could stop your current subscription. After a while you will be downgraded to free, then use the promo code to upgrade.

If that one expires after a while, start a new subscription.

Note: for the account it doesn't matter. You will keep your library and playlists between all the subscribtion transfers.
