Not able to subscribe to premium

My Question or Issue

I can't subscribe to Spotify premium with my card even thought all of the information is correct and my card is working. I've tried different browsers as well. The card I'm using is the same card I've used before to subscribe to premium but it isn't working now. Whenever I try, It says 'Payment failed' What should I do?

Hi @VC,

Have you been subscribed to Premium before or have you used Premium Trial?

If you've used it before and you're trying to subscribe with trial, you might be not eligible. You can read more on that here.
