Spotify premium student extension

Hi everyone,

i have my spotify premium subscription for one year now and on 29.09.2019 it will be extended for one year.

Today i got an email where i have been told to press a button to extend the subscription.

I logged in on the website to see my subscription informations. There is the info, that the subscription will extend automatically and I will pay 4,99€ (the same amount that I pay now in the student extension).

Now my question: Do i need to press the button in the email? 😄

I know, I'm a little paranoid with buttons in emails but maybe someone can tell me if this is the standard procedure of spotify.

Yes, every year you'll need to verify your Premium for Students subscription for up to 4 years. Just to make sure though, could you let me know the sender email address and send me a screenshot of the email itself? Please make sure to hide personal info when posting to the Community.
