Hello, I've recently moved from the US to the UK. I've opened a bank account here, and followed the steps to change country from Spotify (subscriptions, change bank details, change country). But when I go back to check my account, it still says US, no matter how many times I change it. I want the student discount, but it will only give me colleges in the US and not the UK, even though my university here is already verified by spotify.

Just to confirm, are you on a Premium subcription or the free ad-supported service?

If you're on Premium, the correct country should display on your next billing date.

If you're still having troubles after that, we'd suggest giving it another try in an incognito or private window in your browser.
