      <description>The only reason I have spotify because I thought it was only 99 cents per month (it was their promo, so I took it). I didn't realize till now that spotify has been charging me $9.99 for the past 4 months. My subscription renewed today and they charged me so I cancelled it right away. Can I get a refund please? $10 per month is too much.</description>
