Promo Code Google Home Mini

I recently signed up for the GHM promo and was told to wait for an email letting me know my Google Home Mini was available. I received the email and linked my Google Account and it took me to the store. It told me the discount will be applied at checkout and as soon as I get to that part, it's charging me full price? I am not able to put anything in the "promo code" tab because I was never sent one.

Could you try clicking the link you recieved in the email to redeem your Google Home Mini using a different browser or private window?

I am from Puerto Rico. In Spotify my country is USA but Google has its own Puerto Rico store. Apparently, I cannot have the promo code. Hence, I have not seen the window saying that I do not qualify. Can you send me a promo code that I can use in the checkout at the Google Store?

I'm sorry to hear about this. Since Google Home Mini devices cannot be shipped outside of the US, including US territories, you won't be able to claim this Google Home Mini offer.

I'd recommend keeping an eye on Spotify.com for future deals and promotional offers.

I also haven’t received the promo code but I just got two email about my google home being ready to send out but it wants to charge me full price. When I go to pick a color is say discount applied at check out but it isn’t.

Do you mind opening the link in your email in an incognito window or a different browser?

If that doesn't work, could you see if selecting a different colour to the one you had in mind applies the discount to your purchase?
