My Question or Issue: I have been paying for family plan for at least a year now, and when trying to claim my free google home mini, it says I am ineligible. No one in my family has claimed the Google home mini. I've tried this once a day for a few days now.

i'm getting the same thing. i have an individual plan. here's a screenshot of me using incognito on checkout.
