      <title>Account issues Family premium</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope anyone here can help. I just created a new account to use as a family account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, after putting in my information and payment info, etc. I should get 3 months premium family&amp;nbsp; for free but so far my account is still set to free&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also can not add any other accounts to my "family" it looks like its stuck in limbo.&lt;BR /&gt;funny detail when I am playing music I won't get any advertisements at all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The account was created yesterday, I paid the 0.1 cents to verify the payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Logged out logged back. waited 24 hours confirmed my account a few times with the email I got.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also got a confirmation email that I should get the 3-month premium.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At this time I am running out of ideas, can anyone assist with this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Patrick&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
