My Question or Issue

I seem to be having issues redeeming my google home mini from the email link. I've tried multiple times to follow the steps once I've reached the website but it seems to always direct to a page with a 500 error. Is there another way I could redeem this offer or know when the website is working again?

Thanks for the response. I tried that link and it lead me to the same error page, but I think I found the issue. The link redirects incorrectly when using an older version of Chrome browser. I tried in Firefox and the link worked for me.
