My Question or Issue

I am trying to redeem the Google Home Mini offer. I am already paying for premium and have been subscribed for at least a few months now, probably longer. When I attempt to redeem this offer, I'm led through a series of pages which involves linking my Google account. After I hit accept on the account linking page, I'm met with a page that says "An Error Occurred. We're sorry but you are not able to redeem at this moment." Is the offer expired or am I not eligible?

Then, you can follow the steps provided in the Spotify Answer to redeem the offer.

If you're still getting the same error message, please check here to see if the order shows up and if it was placed successfuly.
