Afterwards, I never got a confirmation email about the order and there's no history in my orders on my Google account. I reached out to Google&amp;nbsp;and here's what they told me:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Spotify.JPG" style="width: 879px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.spotify.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/109863i176EA1EB9D766F05/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="Spotify.JPG" alt="Spotify.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;T&lt;SPAN&gt;his just looks like I'm no&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;t going to end up being able to fully enjoy the promotion at all because it says my account is ineligible for redeeming it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
