Currys 6 months code not working

Hello

I have a 6 months code from Currys. It is not working. It says I am not eligible for this but doesn't give a reason. I haven't had a Spotify account at all before as I use Deezer for streaming so it can't be for that reason but it doesn't actually tell me why this is hapenning.

I have tried the "solutions" listed here https://community.spotify.com/t5/Subscriptions/Currys-6-months-free-code-won-t-work/m-p/4837068

But none of this helps. Deezer is so much easier to use!

It appears that there are a lot of people in the same boat.

Has this been a scam?

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs.

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
