I try to get the 3 months-0.99 euro offer but It won't accept the payment and it'll also pop this message up "Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method" and my balance is ok too.

We suggest you try signing up using an incognito window. If you continue having trouble, double-check that your card meets these requirements.

Also, make sure the card you're using has never been used to pay for a similar offer in the past.

Can you tell us what type of an error message you're getting?

Also, have you tried the troubleshooting steps from this article?

Can you confirm you have never had a Free trial before? This might be the reason why it's not possible for you to use the same payment method for the same kind of trial again.
