I seem to be having the same problem. I have brought the Google Home Nest Max from curry’s, which came with a 6 month free premium redeem code. When I redeem this code, it says I am not eligible for this offer. I literally made this account an hour ago and have no subscriptions to Spotify premium and have never had a free trial, so why am I not eligible?
