Hulu with Student plan

I use Spotify and Hulu across multiple platforms. My student membership should come with Hulu (ads) but whenever I try to use Hulu on my phone or computer it says that I need to resubscribe and pay for the service. Any advice on how I can get Hulu back with my student deal?

Hey @Isaac_M,

The Hulu bundle has expired so it's not possible to resubscribe.

If you already have this deal you'll keep it until it your Premium stops.Did your subscription stop recently?

I don't understand this because when you click your services it shows that I have premium, hulu and showtime. My premium works and so does my showtime. Why would my hulu not work?

You mention that Hulu is not working - could you give us some additional details on what's happening so we can take a look?

If you're having troubles activating Hulu from Your Services tab, we'd recommend giving it another try in an incognito or private window in your browser first.
