My Question or Issue

I bought a 3 months Spotify premium card and already redeemed it, but now that I activate the offline mode it tells me that I only have 29 days left so that I have to connect to the internet instead of the 3 months, is it a bug?

You must go online at least once every 30 days to keep your music and podcasts downloaded.

Your subscription should last 3 months since activating it. You can check the current status of your subscription on your account overview.
