My Question or Issue

I just joined Premium Duo. The invite link worked for my bf. I also signed up for Duo Mix. So far there has been no change to my mobile app. Is the app supposed to show the change to Duo? Also, my bf has started listening to music but did not have a spotify account before. Will there be a lag for the Duo mix to show up? Is there anything I need to do on the app to get things going?

Hi, it says here that "If you’re new to Spotify, Duo Mix needs to get to know you first. Expect to see it filled with your favorite songs after around 2 weeks of listening."

I don't think it will say in the app that you have a Duo subscription but you can go to your account overview to check.

You can also make sure that you've joined Duo Mix at www.spotify.com/account/duo.
