$99 Spotify Gift Card Not Working

Hi, I recently purchased a $99 Spotify gift card that is supposed to give me 12 months of premium. I know I am putting in the code right and it still says “Something went wrong”. I called Best Buy and they confirmed that the card was activated. I emailed Spotify but they did not help. Please let me know what to do.
