My Question or Issue

Hi I believe vat is charged on subscription fee so why is my phone provider charging vat on top of that .

Hey there @mick333!

I can confirm that Spotify includes VAT within their subscription fee. You would need to reach out to your Mobile Provider and query this with them as they may actually exclude it from the VAT calculation sometimes they can mark that with a little asterisk or symbol but you're provider's billing department will be able to check this out for you.
